Ross Engineering has an ICC E3 certified Electrical Plans Examiner and offers electrical plans review service through out the United States. If you are looking for a PE (Professional Engineer) with an ICC E3 Plans reviewer credential, Ross Engineering can QC (or review) your electrical designs before submission to your local code officials. If you need all plan reviews (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection) for a larger project, Ross Engineering can refer you to a third party reviewer firm where I practice as an Electrical Plans Reviewer.
