If you are looking for a PE (Professional Engineer) with ICC E3 & E2 certified credential, Ross Engineering can QC (or review) your electrical designs before submission to your local code officials. If you need all plan reviews (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection) for a larger project, Ross Engineering can refer you to a third party reviewer firm where I practice as an Electrical Plans Reviewer.
